Another sold out show with my trio the Cowboy Balladeers (Bruce Farwell, Gary Lynch) at the Gelencser's House Concert Series in Claremont CA.

Cowboy Bill has been playin' my CD on his Cowboy Way radio show and my tune, "Darlin' I Won't be Comin' Home", is on his top ten playlist - Thanks Bill and all your listeners.

My DVD is finished.  It contains a 5-6 minute promo and 4 songs.  The DVD shows live footage from my January 13, 2008 Concert at Coffee Gallery Backstage in Altadena CA.  It is not for sale, it is only for promotional use.  However if you want to see the song videos, they are on YouTube.

Tombstone is still on.  George and I will be doing Saddle Gramps and the Festival will be dedicated to Paul.  Those folks at Tombstone are really special.  Work has resumed on the promo video and I hope to have it out soon.  I updated the schedule page, finally.

 

Paul's passing took a wonderful friend from my life and many others.  Things have been sort of on hold

 

The Coffee Gallery show with Bruce Farwell and Gary Lynch was a sellout and a big success.  I had the show taped and there will soon be a promo spot and maybe some singles.

Saddle Gramps (me, George Dickey, Paul Hendel) was asked to perform at Tombstone in 2008.

My new CD "Cowboy Promises" will be released in about a month.  It contains 12 new original songs.  As usual, I am the band.  I play 4 different guitars and several other instruments in different combinations for each song.  I also did the recording myself and the CD design.  I'm really proud of this one and you'll like it too.

 

On January 13, 2008 I'll be playing the Coffee Gallery Backstage in Altadena CA.  Joining me will be Bruce Farwell and Gary Lynch.   These guys are 2 of the top local musicians and great performers in their own right. The Coffee Gallery is one of the premier locations in the Los Angeles area for acoustic music.  I hope to see you all there.
